For my IPP I wanted to do a workshop on Meisner's acting technique. I chose this because, since I'm going into theatre and acting next year, I wanted to develop and explore a new way in which an actor can approach a play and acting. I want to improve my own skills as an actor in this process as well.
I think it'll be interesting to see how a series of workshops can affect the performance of our class in Chimerica. Particularly since this play is so different from the style of acting that we did in the Good Soul.
